Our team is also vetted through background checks, standard drug testing procedures, and driving record checks to verify your safety in our vehicles.

Prior to pick up, you will receive your chauffeur’s Name, Direct Cell Line, and vehicle description. About 20 Minutes prior to service, you may also receive a text message with a link to our web-browser application that will give you live GPS updates on your chauffeur’s location. If you still have issues, you can contact the driver directly, or call the office for assistance.

For Sedan transfers, cancellation up to 2 hours prior to service will not be charged, and for SUVs, 4 hours prior is required. For all Buses and Stretch Limousines, 48 hours notice is required to avoid additional charges, however the 50% deposit required at the time of booking is non-refundable. The deposit amount can be used as “Store credit” valid for 6 months from the original booking date. Please contact an agent for additional details.

Yes, there are charges for early morning pick ups, and late night services as well. If service takes place before 6:00 AM or after 11:00 PM there is an additional charge of $20.00.

The more notice we have, the better we can serve you. We are always open to receiving last minute requests, and will do our best to accommodate all guests regardless of time frame.
