One of our other policies is best understood as: “15 minutes prior to pick up time is considered on time!”. Now I understand that may be a bit confusing, so let us explain. Our drivers are always expected to depart early for each transfer, with intentions to arrive at location, or around the location 15 minutes prior to the scheduled service time. This allows us to account for unforeseen circumstances, such as traffic, stalled vehicles, etc. Each transfer is assigned with additional time in between trips to allow for this, to assure excellent service and timeliness. Please note, that even though our drivers may arrive early, you are not expected to depart early unless you are ready to go. In fact, you have a 15 minute grace period after the scheduled pick up time to make your way to the vehicle. Our drivers will reach out to inquire if additional time is required, and if authorized, we can activate a service known as authorized wait, in which the vehicle will remain until dismissed, or until the guest arrives for their transfer.
